Two Quest progression problems: Archer lvl 20, and Fisherman quest

Two bugs to report.
Character name: Shiro Fyre, Miquote F Keeper of the Moon
World: Hyperion
Game version: Windows PC

First:
Quest name: To Catch A Poacher
Class: Archer lvl 20
Area: South Shroud, Upper Paths, Buscaroon's Druthers (16x, 20y)
Target name: Empty Mead Bottles

Issue: In the quest, you are instructed to gather three clues. The first clue I gathered was the poachers arrow. The next was the iron trap. When I attempted to get the third item, I click on the target and nothing happens. My hotbar grays out for a brief second, like I clicked on an interaction target, then goes right back to normal and nothing happens. I am not able to progress in this quest because I cannot collect this third item.

Second:
Quest name: So you want to be a fisher
Location: Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks, Fisherman's Bottom
Quest NPC: N'nmulika (Guild Receptionist)

Issue: When I go to start the quest "So you want to be a Fisher", I click on the guild receptionist and nothing happens. My hotbar grays out for a second, like she is about to talk to me, then it goes back to normal and I am able to move. When I select "Small Talk" from her, she gives me a short dialogue. But when I try to start the quest, she does not react. The (!) above her head stays there and does not change.

Please look into these issues. I do not now exactly when these bugs happened, however, before the latest update, a member of my free company was able to go through these quests with no issues.

I can confirm the issue with To Catch a Poacher, attempted to interact with Empty Mead Bottles via Mouse and Controller, no effect, the other 2 clues can be collected just fine

Others are experiencing the Archer bug on Hyperion as well.
