Does CE Upgrade grant game time?

Hi guys, I recently ran out of Game time, and just as I was about to continue my subscription I noticed the CE Upgrade, as I said in the title, does game time come with this upgrade?, as that is my main consideration for buying the upgrade.

no it doesnt add time.

CE upgrade is just for if you bought the standard edition of the game and want the bonus in-game items that came with the Collector's Edition for your standard version (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth minion, Couerl mount, behemoth chocobo barding). As Luke said, it's just bonus items, it doesn't grant game time (the actual copy of the game you buy contains that).

Also, please remember that if you somehow manage to find a physical version of the full collectors edition in some store you will not be able to use the registration code on your currently active account. The registration code within the collectors edition game (not the upgrade) is only of use to "new" accounts so purchasing one for the free 30 days would be a waste as you cant use them.

The collectors edition upgrade from the Mog station gives you the items and works fine with an active account.

The only exception would be if you currently have a PS3 version and add a PC Collector's Edition or vice versa with a PC version + a PS3 CE. You can add a version for each platform and get a month with each one. (Note: the PS3 version has to be registered through Sony, so I'm pretty sure you do actually have to have a PS3. No adding it just for the game time + bonus items if you only have a PC to play on.)
