We have no minimum item level requirement but the player to be knowledgeable and skilled at their class/job. However when it comes to the SMN raid spot we have just recently gotten a new recruit for that spot. I will be updating the first post here shortly. As I said in the 2nd post even if your class is not up there on the Raiding Recruitment Status you are still free to apply and join our community of players. While no static BCoB can be promised we are looking into the future to expand and build more raid groups and we are always doing stuff as a FC together (such as CT/Extreme Modes/Ultima/Map Parties)
