Maybe in your eyes, I'm lazy. However in my opinion, the best solution is for SE to make a change, not their customers.
A good programer should make his program suit users' convenience, not the reverse.
This is ridiculous. "a good programmer" as you put it creates the game systems with a certain feel in mind and does what they can to make it accessible to as many people as possible without destroying the original design intent. What you are suggesting isn't necessary because the settings to accomplish what you want in the game are there, you just don't want to use them because its not the exact solution that YOU want which is ridiculous. People like you need to realize that while every player should push a company to deliver a quality product that can be enjoyed by the masses, they don't have the right to dictate to that company every infinitesimal detail of that game. If a system is clearly broken or could benefit from a quality of life improvement (being able to right click and blacklist for example) then it is reasonable, but this level of entitlement you seem to have about a minute detail of a system that already accommodates your need is ludicrous.

You are more than welcome to play WoW if there design choices better suit you and you feel that they better address your entitlement issues. I'm not saying if you don't like something GTFO as all games could benefit from improvements to systems (take scholar pet behavior as another example), but when its this petty I can't think of a better solution for you.
