    with the implementation of patch 2.1 SE royally f'd up the auto run feature on controllers, making it very easy to trigger it, you can trigger it without even knowing you did it as auto run is associated with allot of button combinations now other than just the auto run button. It is a confirmed bug, but it has been confirmed for about a month know and they still haven't fixed it.

    I would love to be able to just turn off auto-run, because for some reason they left on the idiotic inertia "feature" of 1.0 when you hit auto-run on a controller.
