Merchant & Mender NPC in Golden Bazaar broken.

In Eastern Thanalan (10,16) at the Golden Bazaar, the Merchant & Mender npc is broken. When you click on the npc and the mini menu pops up, any other action afterwards does nothing. If you select repair equipment, it does nothing, same with the other listed menus.

Tried this on myself and two other players nearby, they experienced the same issues.
