Help me suck less @ pvp please

I thought I had my role down (sch), but idk if I just forgot what I was doing or if people have figured out how to consistently molest healers now. Day1 I just queued pvp nonstop and got to rank9 with about 85% win rate. Then I went to do lots of pve stuff, and then I lost 18 matches in a row. So, I think I must be doing something wrong now.

I'll start off with my perceived issues, and follow with what I've been doing.

Holy balls CC. Purify is 1 escape, but considering everyone and their mother will be (and logically so) humping the healer; that ANY attacks interrupt your casts; and that they can be stacked with relatively 0 cooldown compared to Purify2's 150s cd, it just feels insurmountable to me.

eg., Sleep -> Purify -> Sleep -> Sit there for 15s -> Sleep -> Sit there for 6s -> one of your dps is thoroughly dead now

If entire team jumps on you -> o9k debuffs, leeches (if it even goes off) removes one at a time, and not with any favorable precision. The damage debuffs aren't a problem, but they act as shields for the ones that do matter -> disease effects, slows, etc. So you're now moving at the speed of molasses, heal yourself for 1/2 as much, and can't hope to get more than 1 cast off. Do you Swiftcast Adlo yourself for 400? The shield is gone before your cast animation even finishes with everyone on you. Surecast isn't reliable. But wait, you've bought that shiny new pvp skill that lets you cast "uninterrupted" for 10s. That's awesome, let's use tha- and then you get slept, hard stunned for 10s+ (6s, 3s, 1s) independent of sleep reduction, and are again, thoroughly dead without even a chance to do anything meaningful.

So I'm really not sure how to approach this.

I start the match by protect, stoneskinning everyone. At 10s left on the counter, I start adlo'ing for the shields, and then I try to stay in range of the BLM or our strongest dd if no blm. If they don't target me it's np like, business as usual. But anyone who just lets a healer run free is well, bad.. and so I don't understand how to approach it when everyone targets me or I get sleepfucked. Faerie inevitably gets slept as well when that happens too.

Adlo + Stoneskin prevent cast interruption on hit, but does nothing to protect against any form of CC, so I will invariably get CCd, whaled on, hit with a myriad of debuffs, and then be unable to keep up adlo/ss chains on myself because I heal for 1/2 value and can't remove the meaningful debuffs without like, 7 leeches, whereupon they just get reapplied and/or I'm dead.

Even if I sprint, LoS stuff, there's so many gap closers it doesn't seem to buy me very much time given 2s casts. I don't want to rely on abusing the jump thing, and with pet nerfs in the future, it seems like I really need to learn how to deal with this asap. On the note of LoS, wtf do you do when your dps consistently LoS you too? They kite away from the enemies sure, but they kite away and break sight with me too. I would've thought it common sense to kite towards your tank/healer to like, receive heals/cover, but apparently not.

Anyway um, gearwise I've got a mix of pve i90 and i70 pvp greens. Accs I'm not sure of. I have my pve set of 5meld i70 which is good for higher adlo shielding/vita, but then has no morale. I have a set of HQ wolf vita accs which gives me ~45? more morale, but then I heal for significantly less.

Sorry if this post was kind of a clusterfuck, but I'm thoroughly frustrated because I can't figure out how to adapt when there's just so much more than I can deal with in terms of hard cc, debuffs, etc. Like, even ignoring the rest of my team, I can't keep myself alive vs anyone competent. 1v2 is np, but 1v3/4 is just terrible.

When only the tank is following you: Miasma (I or II) him.
When everyone is on you: Blizzard II
For avoiding Sleep: Hide yourself or your team needs to be better interrupting or sleeping the blm

Yah, I can handle tank or tank+1 dd, but it's the myriad combo of stuns/debuffs from multiple people that usually does me in.
Miasma for the slow debuff? Iirc Bio applies one as well, at greater range.
I do slot BlizzII, will try to use that more.

Hiding might be okay at the start, but it's not really a feasible strat given that I need to keep people alive, and any competent team will be looking to lock me down + prevent that.
Like, if healer making herself scarce? Turn around and molest a squishy dd instead. At some point healer will have to get in range to avoid imminent 3v4, and then sleepytime ensues.

I've not played healer in PvP that much, but your goal is to survive the early CCfest/burst at any cost, after this it will be hard for the enemy team to re-coordinate the burst/CC that was ready at the start, diminishing returns will be providing CC immunity for a while and players will have cooldowns. You can delay this by trying to hide or not getting caught, always running opposite to your enemies, the longer it takes them the better, they'll be wasting time (use sprint before getting caught if you think it is worth it, don't wait to have Holmgang/Heavies/Stuns on you).

If you get Slept, do not use Purify unless it is critical, if you get Slept and your party is kitting the enemy team at 90% health then you can stay sleeping np. When you break sleep (unless critical) don't do it immediately, the player who sleeps will be focusing you for a few seconds expecting an immediate Purify, additionally someone from the enemy team might wake you up by mistake, so don't rush the red button. Again, unless critical, try not to use Purify on stuff you can survive with (such as 1-2sec stuns, 7sec sleep, etc. save it for the 5sec stuns and 30secs sleeps, or if you or someone relevant is about to die while you are CCed).

AFAIK SCH is powerful running around and using Lustrates + passively getting heals from Fairy, so try to do that.

Using Surecast early in the fight is dangerous because diminishing returns haven't built yet and you might just get stunned and lose it.

I used to dislike the Attunement PvP skill (WHM), I don't remember if SCH have access to it, I think they do. It's another good way to break the early rush/CDs/burst on you and scatter the enemy team.

The best thing to do is keep loosing and notice what you did that caused the battle to take a turn for the worst. Another thing is learning how pressure is applied to healers and which abilities you can use while kiting and which not to use while standing still. I can also tell you most people keep eos in the center and run to it for heals... which is getting fixed

The next best thing to do is equip another class/job and fight sch to see what they do.

My prediction: SE will keep war amazingly devastating in PvP so later down the line you must do lolPvE to get PvP stuff... and that will fix the 'lack of tank' issues. /pets cat.
