Incentives for in demand classes in duty roulette

The 750 gil bonus simply is not enough to get many players (like myself) to play as the in demand class (tank most of the time). I prefer healer, and most prefer dps. However, I would play my tank job if there was some sort of real benefit to it. I think this is the case for a lot of people. Waiting an extra 5 min on my healer is just more preferable than going in as a tank for me. Just 10 myth tomes would do it, or at least 2k gil. It really needs to be something at least somewhat substantial to get those with multiple jobs to actually play their tanks (especially if they really aren't a fan of tanking). While I think I've seen a decent reduction in queue times, a small change like this might really even everything out.

If I'm wrong about this and I'm the only multi job player out there skipping over tank because I'd rather play a class I enjoy more over 750 gil feel free to shoot this down .

I have a DPS Healer and Tank at 50 and I always go Tank unless they it asks for a healer. The DPS wait even when asked for is still stupid long. I also like you love healing but as a tank in a low level dungeon i can set the speed of the run better and make the lower lvld people move a little bit faster and thus waste less time.

    Current "currency"
Philo (only need so much to have every armor piece for all classes)
Myth (capped per week, easy to hit)
Gil (nothing to spend personally that requires it.... FC housing is only major drain)
Company Seals (no real need for them, most of the armor &weapons are quickly replaced... used to help level alt-classes)

    I support a new currency: Adventurer's Coupon!
You gain 1 Coupon for joining as an Adventurer in need (potential bonus if some/all allies commend you)
Coupons can be spent to trade in equipment and materia for similar.
Coil drop + X Coupons = different coil drop! (either tied by turn... or by equipment slot and various jobs)
Tower drop + Y Coupons = different tower drop! (linked by equipment slot)

Eh I think keeping the bonus small is probably for the best. If you turn it into a huge bonus then you'll just have people constantly queuing as tank and that will mess up the queue in the opposite way. I mean it's one thing to have a big bonus in a game where only one character can have one class, but in a game like FFXIV if you incentivize queuing as tank too much you're going to have tons of undergeared, underskilled, underaware tanks flooding in. No matter how you slice it the incentive has to stay a little underwhelming because otherwise you'll just see people leveling up alt tank jobs just for the bonus.

edit: Also let's not forget the added bonus of not having to wait in queue.
