Which Moogle does this AoE ability?

The duty finder group I was in wiped a couple of times when this purple aoe covered almost the entire arena and killed a healer. I can't find this same AoE in Mr Happy's youtube guide. We should've kept the moogle on the edge like that picture, but the group gave up and disbanded.

For future reference, which moogle uses this aoe?

It's Moogle-go-round. I think its the warrior (which means the king, too). Most parties keep the warrior and the king together on one kiting tank.

Warrior does it shouldn't trouble the tank too much just top them off incase the Gladiator is still up and one or more of the healers gets provoked.
