"To Catch a Poacher"

I've recently ran into a bug on this quest line. I can't seem to pick up the bottles of mead. It won't allow it. Just flashes the skills bars and nothing. Won't let me pick it up!

Name of NPC: Empty Mead Bottles
World: Hyperion
Area NPC is located: South Shroud (16,20)
Quest Name: To Catch a Poacher
