I personally feel that among the many months you'll be spending on wiping on fights, farming tomestones and hoping that one boss finally drops what you need for your BiS setup, spending a few hours spamming Blizzara for the undoubtedly strongest utility gain in the game is a drop in the bucket. Then again, I'm a tryhard in everything, so...

Hell, one doesn't even have to spam Blizzara on FATEs. Get a Thaumaturge to 15, then do a daily low level roulette, pissing off people by spamming Blizzara in there for a level per day.
