Countdown Timer on Return is Missing

Since the Return ability was moved from it's own main menu button to the Travel menu, it no longer displays a countdown timer for when it can be used again. If you attempt to use it while on cooldown, it simply says "You must wait before using Return again." Hovering the mouse over either the Travel button or the Return ability within the menu does nothing.
