Steps:

While progressing through the Lance of Destiny Quest. I reach the step to "Wait by the bloody boar tusks". Upon waiting nothing happens for over 20 minutes. Upon clicking on the bloody boar tusks nothing happens. I attempted to restart the quest a couple of times with no luck.

I had this issue where "Destination" could not be entered after clicking it, the 'cast time' appeared but then nothing occurred.
I relogged into the game and then it worked fine.

I had this same "unresponsive Object" bug happen with Aethernet in Limsa Lominsa - the main Aetheryte worked fine, the small Aethernet crystals didn't respond at all. When I went back in town they worked fine...

I have the same problem. I have logged out many times, zoned, dropped the quest and have done it again 5 times. I started when I was lvl 20 and now I am 26. Once I place the 10 Bloody Boar Tusk nothing happens. I have submitted multiple bug reports on it with no response. I am at a lost on how to proceed.

This has been happening to me as well since the new patch with every instanced battle. I have to relog for the quests to work.

I wish relogging was the fix to this problem, I've tried everything but delete the game and re-install. I fear if I delete the game I will not reinstall it.

I'm having the exact same issue, happening on Behemoth too. Hops this gets resolved as It's kinda stopped my progression.

I do not know if SE fixed the quest or not but:

Click on the words "Bloody Boar Tusks" !!!!!

I do not remember seeing an indicator coming up before but it does now.

Unfortunately, I'm still not getting any luck. Abandoned quest, did it again, I can't click on the boar tusks to being up the instance change dialogue box. Tried it twice, logged out each time, etc.
