I'm sorry if you are having trouble in Normal titan, I'm sure SE has a baseline in terms of difficulty for various players and Normal Titan is just that, a fight that is designed/cater to a set of players with similar reaction time, playstyle..etc, this set of players just so happen to be the majority of the player base. It's like a single player game that lets you choose difficulty, normal is what the designers think majority of player's skill will be at.

I also think it's unreasonable to put the fault on the game when you yourself are having issues on your end (timezones, bad internet, slow reflexes as stated) why should the game be just designed and catered to just you? you aren't even part of majority of normal players since you are having trouble in some normal content.

that said, there are many extremely non reaction base gameplay in the game too, do some beastmen dailies, craft some gear, play the auction house and make money, do some mining/fishing/crafting, stand around in town and gossip with others.

Do you want to know what is currently MY endgame content as a "casual"? The six dailies, a couple duty roulette runs and grinding Wanderer's Palace. :P

since when are beastmen dailies endgame? it's minimum level is 43 and it awards xp, it's more of a option to leveling than endgame. Duty roulettes? it has endgame at high level i suppose, but there are two other duty roulettes that caters to lower content and leveling (getting 140k bonus xp from it is awesome). Crystal tower is considered casual endgame, any average group can clear it easily, it has the right balance of difficulty encounters. All I see in your posts are MY, ME, I, which feels very self entitlement, howabout you look at it from other's prospective?
