That's bull. I have a 99% plume dodge rate. Check your connection, if you say you can't dodge them in time it's either because:The only problem with Titan is Weight of the land. This ability is sometimes not possible to avoid. I have a very fast connection and have done titan countless times and have started running anticipating it coming up with classes like bard and am still sometimes not able to leave the circle in time to avoid. If the game does its .5 second check or whatever it is right before you leave the circle it doesnt matter how far you get out on your screen you are screwed. They need to either delay the explosion for half a second or lower the radius by a yalm. I think it is a great skill check that is just a tad too over tuned. It should be something that forces you to react instantly but should always be avoidable if reacted to.
a) You don't react fast enough.
b) Your ping is very high / you have lag.
Way to make a whole post just to boost about how much better you are compared to the rest of us that cannot pass it. Really great work here. Do you have any other words to continue to berate us? And proof your superiority?
There is no need to be upset.
Plus, I'm not berating anybody. I'm stating facts. The fight is scripted. You know that after those stomps, plumes will come. You even know you can start moving beforehand. Yet, you still eat those plumes and die, making the party wipe. This is called being bad, only exception being lag. Period.
My, how defensive we get when called out on one's bull. There is no need to be upset.

99% dodge rate sounds perfectly achievable. I've eaten a few landslides and bombs with poor split second decisions or changing my mind about which direction to run (particularly when bombs are up), but I don't think I've been hit by a plume yet in Titan Ex, and certainly not died to plumes. Being Monk helps (as we tend to do a line behind titan and being at the front means I'm unlikely to get trapped if plume placement is not correct), and I don't even use Fists of Wind. But not very many people are so lucky with their connectivity. I am playing from the UK and use a proxy service.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, there is a problem for many people with packet loss on this game, and although it isn't directly SE's fault, it would be nice if we could have some comment on what they are doing to try and reduce this. It would line up to things I have seen with people can dying in areas of the arena where there wasn't even a plume, after safely moving out (on their own screen). It is my belief that the movement packet the player sends to the server probably got lost, the server decides they are dead from plume, and then the movement packet gets retransmitted (standard in TCP based games), updating the position of their corpse / dying body.
And it goes without saying, this is just my opinion. Feel free to have a different one.

How hard is it for you to dodge a freaking puddle with sprint?
The only people who have a right to complain about plumes are melee. And honestly...if you can't figure out when puddles are going to pop in a scripted rotation, you probably shouldn't be doing an extreme fight.
People feel entitled to victory. It's really pathetic. How hard is it for you to dodge a freaking puddle with sprint?

It says extreme for a reason, people.
Extreme. adj.
