I'm in france and not a single problem latency wise. Titan EX is just memory and on top, timing wise its a super easy fight.

Bombs take more time to explode, the only check is the double gaol. People are bad. It's not the fight that isn't fun, it's people that just can't play and find excuses for everything. In pretty much every single group I end with by usin Duty Finder theres always someone dyin on the very first spawn of plumes. The very first one. And of course, always lag to blame instead of reaction time that is clearly not the one X player should have had.
