No it's not.

To be an exploit, you would need to either put ADS in a state where you would break his "AI" (He would not do anything) or place yourself in such a way where you would not receive damage.
The enrage method, while an unforeseen strategy by SE, is not exploiting any bugs or flaws in the game. Will this strategy be invalidated by changes to ADS in a future patch? Possible and when that will be the case, people will adapt but until then, the enrage strategy is a legitimate one, abet a bit original, since it does not exploit a flaw that would make ADS not damage the players.

Of course some of the people in this thread will continue to claim "It's an exploit" without any proof of it actually exploiting a flaw in the game.

Its not original, its cheap.
