Why is this not considered an exploit, but doing the same thing to Twintania was considered an exploit?

Its different because it is engaging a raged mob. A mechanic that would otherwise kill lesser groups. Try enraging Twintania and see what happens (double-dog dare you). The exploit where Twintania was bugged out from 80% to death was comparable to beating on a level 90 target dummy. ADS while enraged still does stuff, Object 199, its enraged move. If you can survive that GG. SE has even acknowledged this as a viable strategy not an exploit.
