The problem with allowing Turn 2 Rage strat

My static group does it this way. I just swap to Bard or our Warrior swaps to Monk for turn 2. We also one-shot turn 4 this week, so I wouldn't say we are "screwing ourselves."

It's not screwing yourself but it is a waste of time if you can do the actual mechanics.
