Combining accents on PS3 (repost)

Hello, about a month ago I posted a thread asking for combining accents support (like é or ü) on PS3 with standard Bluetooth keyboards (original post here).

It was moved to the "Resolved Issues" section, without any answer by the devs/support team.

As of patch 2.1, I still have the same problem, any feedback from the support team?

Funnily, the same PS3 with the same keyboard allows me to enter the accents on the standard PS3 browser; it is just inside the FFXIV client that they don't work. That is why I wonder if this is a bug / an unimplemented "feature".
