Target filter / Keyboard shortcuts inoperant in STPC mode

Greetings, here's some annoying bug :

When you use a stpc command (for a healing spell for example) F1, F2, F3, etc. shortcuts to target fellow members won't work in this mode. The Friend/Foe filter won't work either in this mode, you can target everything. When you're not in STPC mode it works correctly.

Then in STPC mode it's just a mess to target someone properly in a behest for example.

And I'm not mentionning the <p1> <p2>... tags that lacks for macro targeting controls (were in FFXI).

If "it's not a bug, it's a feature" please enlight me of the usefullness of this target behaviour.

    Greetings Turom!

The thread was moved over to General Discussion from In-Game Bugs. We can see why you would be reporting it as a bug though. I apologize for the trouble and inconvenience that has been causing. I'm sure you can find out more details about that targeting method with the help of others, or by looking through the community sites.

I am in favor of a system that allows single-activation actions instead of having to re-target. Allow this option to be customizable.

I am in favor of moderators posting in forums.

I am strongly against this thread being moved here. This SHOULD be considered a bug, and the moderator should know that, since we have to select a target after using an action, we should be able to use shortcut keys the same way. Should have been in since beta.

Reproduced it in many party situations

    NPC Name:

    Steps:
    In any situation :
    - Use a STPC-type command, like the default action "Provoke" or "Heal" or any spell that is used in macro with <st>
    - The purple circle appears to let you select your target

    Bug :
    - The F1 F2, F3... shortcuts that usually select the party members do not work
    - The UP/DOWN arrow shortcut in /targetmode A used to target allies do not work
    - The target filters (ally/ennemy/party) in /targetmode B do not work

I mentionned as well the macro system lacks the <p0>; <p1>; <p2>... tags that we could use in FFXI but I suppose it should be considered as a separate request.

    Regards
