Tech Support Sys Info Text Limit

Hey folks!

So I have been using tech support to try and resolve a particularly serious issue (thread is in the tech support forums called "Controller Periodically Unresponsive" if interested), and I have noticed that, every time I attempt to copy/paste my system information into the box where I am supposed to copy/paste my system information, I am always greeted with the "Message too long" error.

I would understand if I kept hitting the description limit for my issue as it clearly reads that there is a 4000 character limit, but with my system information, I am finding that I have to remove half of it just so I can hit the "submit" button, which may cause the tech support rep I'm working with to not have the adequate information he or she may require.

Would it be possible to remove or extend the text limit so that I can more effectively copy/paste my system information when asked? Thanks!

If you'd like, you can circumvent it for the time being by editing your post afterwards.

I think you misunderstand. I'm not talking about forum posts. I'm talking about the Support Center. I can't copy/paste my Play Settings in their entirety because there is a text limit, which for a box that is supposed to only have copy/paste information is kinda arbitrary.
