Commendations

I agree. I run dungeons a lot with my healer friend (I'm a tank), and we can't give commendations to the DPS. I know DPS don't get as many commendations in general, so I try to make it a point to give them commendations when they do well (when I queue up alone).

It would be nice if we could give commendations to people we didn't queue with. I understand not being able to give commendations to people you queue with, but please let us give them out to others.

This, so much. Please let me commend strangers who are friendly, helpful, or simply awesome, even if I queued with some other people.

All I can give them now is a weaksauce comment that I would have commended them if only I could.
