Crsystal Tower/Loot/CS need ASAP help

Completing Crystal tower duing Cutscene loading of boss dying. Before cutscene can exited and loot scene, PC players who can load CS faster already left or passed causing the loot to fall to me when its an item I would never roll on. I would pass on, or exit because I do not want item. I would normally wait a week, but this is the second time I have seen this happen today.

If party members leave before viewing the cutscene the loot defaults to a person who probably has no need for item as it did me. Twice, and unacceptable.

I received a message telling me I may not receive loot for a week for a second time, because people exit dungeons while others are still loading. I do not want, or feel I should be forced to have this item Ballad Crown, and item I do not need and have my loot for the week taken away for this crap. Please reset my loot, and take this away. Also, consider changing loot falling to any person in any dungeon that will take away loot. This opens the door for people to rush out to be immature. Also, may I have a customer service number, so I will not be forced to used the forums for support like this
