Fishing Issue After Reaching lvl 20

Yesterday, I decided to to some leveling, which I did to lvl 20 easy enough. Since I dinged 20 and picked up the "A Fish in Hot Water " quest , I have not been able to catch a single fish. I have spent hours trying to figure out why this could be. At first I thought it was me in Oakwood (using Crow Fly) , so I took off and decided to go back to the Brewers Beacon where I was previously doing well. Nothing. I have been trying every different combination I can think of.. bait.rod...location you name it. my gear while lvl 10 and above was crafted and all hq so the stats are still better than what I would be getting from the AH. what gives? Has anybody had a similar issue , and what did you do to fix it. ..

Seems like there is some technical issue, I would advise u to contact technical support.
U should be able to catch fish whatever level u are with whatever gear
