When ever Free companies, ever can get a house will there be bulletin boards in it ?

Since with the delay of getting the Free companies houses. Will we have a 10 topic bulletin board, Like a forum topic? It last for 30 days and leaders can delete the topics or once over 10 topics it deletes to the lowest one. I figured With the delay there designing it or/and so then they can add all the cool stuff. Like the Free to Play mmo have for there guilds or free companies. Or they still working on the Airship?
