Low Level Duty Roulette - Default to highest dungeon?

Just did this today and was with a group full of people all doing duty roulette. We ended up getting Copperbell Mines, but the lowest level among us was lv 35.

Personally, I would love it if it grouped 4 people to the highest possible dungeon, and not to some random lower level dungeon. The entertainment value of Satasha is pretty low versus say.. Qarn, or Stone Vigil.

Anyhow, I like this system, I just wish I was doing more variety as it seems I never get much dungeon variety. Infact, seems to be Copperbell... ALOT :P. Highest dungeon I've gotten on low level so far has been Haukke (which is fun, but that only happened once)

I have never seen any other dungeon from roulette, other than copperbell... I'm beginning to think that's the only instance offered in low-level roulette -.-

I get pre-dominately Copperbell, but so nothing higher than Haukke Manor. Satasha a few times too.

I Just think that if your going to group 4 people together, the lowest leveled person should be where you set the dungeon.

I'm lvl 40 and I almost always get Deepcroft...lol

so far I haven't gotten the same one twice, but I think it gives priority to Duties that are part of the main story that you have unlocked. ( and I think it cuts off at some point, it kinda looks like what would be considered Mid-Lvl duties aren't part of Low-Lvl Roulette (EX: Stone Vigil, Brayflox, etc)

I have gotten sastasha/tamtara/copperbell every single time so far. I have had groups where 3 out of 4 of us where in AF or better.

Most likely it puts you in the dungeon with the longest queue times at the time you register for duty?

I got Qarn once and Brayflox once, but usually it's the first three or Halatali. So far Qarn was the only one with four 50s though. Most of the other times there's been at least one person running the dungeon for the first time.

I'm almost always getting Ifrit or Halatali. Sometimes I've gotten Copperbell, and I got Sastasha once.

I did the low-level roulette twice, first I got Halatali then I got Tam-tara.

So, seeing from the answers, it looks like it varies from player to player.
It just means that you have more player wanting to do that content, probably.
