Up until 2.1 there was an obvious decrease in players lol. As with all MMOs big updates brought people back. Don't say "that is your opinion" because my cousin plays on Masamune and even said the population started thinning out last month. Note: Thinning doesn't necessarily mean they quit, it means they likely took a break or hopped servers to one that is more populated.
