That's all well and fun but the relaunch of FFXIV was based off mass opinion polls not the 1% locusts. While they might listen to the locusts after the game was created, a lot of the problems found in 2.x that weren't in 1.x are thanks to the vocal majority, not the minority. I know that's rather off topic to the post, but that opinion article you posted doesn't match with this game.

Edit: Nor does it take into consideration people who played the game for nearly 2 years and were dropped right into a 'new' (so to speak) MMO with a pre-existing character fully leveled.
