Amaljaa daily "The Gland That Feeds You" - at least one Lizardbane spawn point bugged

For the Amaljaa daily quest "The Gland That Feeds You", the first step of the quest is to harvest a plant called Lizardbane, which appears randomly at one of a number of spawn points.

However, me and a number of other players have found that at least one of the Lizardbane spawn points is bugged, and that if you try to harvest at this point, nothing happens.

We were able to get past this by abandoning and restarting the quest, after which we were able to successfully harvest from another spawn point, however this still needs to be fixed.
