    Something interesting I just noticed about SCH!

    I believe this is a 2.1 change or possibly a bug since it did not appear to be like this before. (2.0 was always a static 3second)

    both recast and casting time now skill up/down with spell speed =o

    Yes indeed, it's nice. There's a lot that can be done now with Macroing as well. 2.1 has proved to be interesting, I still hate free stance though.
