Give the steps you take, screenshots of error messages (blot out personal information though), etc.

ultimate game cards should work perfectly. If you succesfuly got crysta into your account all thats left is to go to mog station and reactivate. Just remember your sub won't automatically renew if there isn't enough crysta in your balance.

it doesn't look like you tried regular credit/debit card payment, though. at least you don't mention it.

Make sure you check that your source of payment is from the same region as the account is from.
