Can't renew Subscription

First of all , Hello ! , I don't know where to post this so.. I'm gonna try here...

I can't renew my subscription , I tried pretty much everything from ;

Buying a prepaid Ultimate game card from Walmart and PCGamesupply to add crysta.
To add crysta from the mogstation using : Paypal and CCs
Trying to use the automatic renewal and failed that too.

I tried to contact support and I got no help just some copy&paste responses that really doesn't help me at all, more than just let me know something that I already knew.

I don't use Noscript or plugins for Chrome

I tried using Chrome , IE11 and even using my Gf's CC and paypal and nothing it's working.

Please someone help me ;_; ~ I really miss the game.

you'd have to describe what happens when you go through each option in detail. There's not much I can tell you when all you say is "it doesn't work."

Give the steps you take, screenshots of error messages (blot out personal information though), etc.

ultimate game cards should work perfectly. If you succesfuly got crysta into your account all thats left is to go to mog station and reactivate. Just remember your sub won't automatically renew if there isn't enough crysta in your balance.

it doesn't look like you tried regular credit/debit card payment, though. at least you don't mention it.

Make sure you check that your source of payment is from the same region as the account is from.

1.- I try to go to Square enix account settings > add crysta > type the amount I need 10USD then I pick an option to use either Credit Card or Ultimate pay/Paypal
So I try with both , the first option using Mastercard and Visa I got error 401.

Then with Paypal and : An error has occurred..
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.

2.- So I try with my Gfs Credit card and paypal too ,just to check if my Credit card or paypal have something wrong , same errors too.

3.- I try again with a different method , I go to Proceed with payment > Recurring to Subscription Setup > Credit/Debit card payment, try to pick Visa or Mastercard and I get the same errors again but now I get error 601.

And yes , the source of payment is from the same region as my account.

And I think Ultimate Game Card is impossible to buy , I tried buying it trough Walmart and it gets cancelled , so I tried to ask some friends to help me to buy it and... Nothing is impossible to buy on any website.

My understanding is if you get either of those errors you shouldn't try again for a certan amount of time because it can get your card blacklisted.

Don't buy them from a website. Some drugstores and 7/11 have them. walmart has them too.
