What happened to Queue times?

Ever since the new data center stuff, queue times have been insanely high...

I know DPS takes a while in general, but waiting 45+ minutes to do anything is ridiculous.. these past 3 days I've had to wait almost 50 mins for any content.

Crystal Tower (65 minutes)
Extreme Garuda (45 minutes, got in, tank left, everyone left, requeue another 45 mins)
Hard Ultima (50 minutes)
Hard Roulette (48 minutes)

This is on Primal (Behemoth) if that matters?

Maybe it's due to holidays and people spending time with families over christmas/boxing day/new years but I've noticed it shortly after 2.1 was released.

Should I just quit life and play a healer? is anyone else experiencing this?

Duty roulette queues are <5 min as dps for me on primal data center. :s

Huh? Queue times are wayyyyyyy down for me on all 3 of my characters (Monk, Bard, WHM)

Queue times isn't the problem anymore.

I get the "withdrew due to instance server problem please try again later" error message almost every day. The worst time it lasted for 3 hours straight, unable to queue at all.

Use party finder. Most good players will NOT be using DF for extreme primals. The new content has lowered the number of people farming HM Garuda, tanks for sure.

Since the update, I haven't had to wait more than 10 mins for anything on a DPS job (which is usually all I play). Admittedly, I haven't done any EX primals or CT as of yet, but for everything else, With the addition of duty roulette, queue times have never been faster for me. You must not be playing at peak times or something.

No one wants to DF special this content. They are using party search and doing premade parties for best chance of winning.

Hard Roulette (48 minutes) haven't done hard roulette because I always EXP with someone else so this isn't an option.

I think the instancing servers are maxed out. This is not surprising, considering every time they make an excuse, they make it sound ever more like the servers are all last-century hardware donated to them by charity.

As a tank, pre-RDF, it was just bang, insta-queue. Even as a healer, you could 'see' the instancing server assembling the party and looking for a tank. However, as a tank queuing now, the 'party assembly' doesn't even start for several minutes.

This makes me think that the servers are, in fact, running at capacity right now and everyone's 'stuck in the hopper' so to speak.
