What happened to Queue times?

Ever since the new data center stuff, queue times have been insanely high...

I know DPS takes a while in general, but waiting 45+ minutes to do anything is ridiculous.. these past 3 days I've had to wait almost 50 mins for any content.

Crystal Tower (65 minutes)
Extreme Garuda (45 minutes, got in, tank left, everyone left, requeue another 45 mins)
Hard Ultima (50 minutes)
Hard Roulette (48 minutes)

This is on Primal (Behemoth) if that matters?

Maybe it's due to holidays and people spending time with families over christmas/boxing day/new years but I've noticed it shortly after 2.1 was released.

Should I just quit life and play a healer? is anyone else experiencing this?

This is strange, because the one thing that duty roulette improved immensely for me was queue times as a DPS.

Everything I queue for says "More than 30m" I've been trying to do Garuda for the past 2 and a half hours now...

I'm curious if other dps are experiencing this problem

The only Dungeon ive spent more than 10~ minutes in queue for was Cutters Cry at 25 minutes. And given the unpopularity of that one, Im not surprised.

Hell, only took me 7 minutes to find me a Crystal Tower run on my Monk.

I have very short que times on roulette, but waited 60min for Good King Moogle Mog/ Ultima.

As far as I could tell from watching the DF, the reason was an insane lack of tanks (at least on my server group).
DPS and Healer spots were usually full in 15min or so, but no tanks. Can't help it if they really are so scarce at the moment.

What I've been doing for now is either form my own party through the party finder, or grab a book and read until the DF pops.

You may just be playing at low pop hours.

I have waited 60 mins tops for garuda. With party already done. The rest are okay. 2 mins for hard mode roulette and 15 for moogle.

Duty Roulette always seems to say "More than 30m", but I have never had to wait anywhere near that long, even as DPS.

I'm DPS and it's the same for me. Wait over an hour for Garuda EX only to wipe and have the team leave. Waste of time. I hate the waiting game, which is all it seems to be now.
