[Dev response requested] Unplayable lag since the hotfixes

Two others in my FC with Verizon FIOS are also having these freezes. It does seem ISP-based, but Verizon says that everything is fine on their end. I just reset my router twice. Nothing has changed. People keep stopping and teleporting. I imagine since SE added more servers and junk in the hotfix, maybe they did something that doesn't work with FiOS.

The last maintenance was entirely Network based:
