    Please Tune Dungeons

    Duty Roulette is too easy, lower stat caps. The content is becoming trivial and boring and new players are not learning because trivialized content. You can buff rewards so rewards/min remain the same as they should and will take longer.

    New dungeons Pharos, etc are too hard and require higher gear than they drop. This is obviously not as intended. AK was way easier and drops the same gear as Pharos. The game is more fun with natural gear progression than being carried by i90s. It is more fun to earn gear.

    On that note, I feel dungeon rewards should be partially weighted for how long it takes. Right now, the most effective way to get gear is just quit from normally geared groups and re-DF in hopes of overgeared group, which can clear twice as fast but is extremely boring. I would love to experience and enjoy the content as intended, but not be so severely punished for it. Even if I swear off the mindset of trying to maximized gear/min; I still have two depressing options: 1) go through content geared normally which is almost impossibly hard or 2) Re-DF for overgeared group in which contest is trivial and boring.

    Increase Ilvl requirements on Titan HM, as there is no way a group can get through with i57 gear. It makes pugging impossible, and the majority of players are now getting through with by being carried by ilv 90 FC members. Premades can already DF w/o Ilvl requirements, so increasing will really help us puggers out. Not all of us wanna be in a giant FC.

    Titan can be done with i57 gear, groups were clearing it in swimsuits i70 and relics which averages out to exactly i57. Min requirement is about 3200hp, (again close to i57+food) the problem is Duty Finder does not check for experience level, and it gives you 2 tanks for a 1 tank fight. Many many players can easily (with practice) survive this fight without eating a single landslide, bomb, or weights. It's scripted so all that really leaves to worry about is healing stomps/mountain buster/removing debuffs

    If your'e talking about the youtube video (which I can find), it doesn't apply here.
    1. that video is done pre-dps nerfs
    2. that video is done with 1 tank which is huge advantage vs 2 tank comps, impossible in DF which my post specifically addresses. I dont' think premades have ilvl requirements regardless.

    They are most likely on on a voice server, with ilvl gear allocation perfectly distributed to mainhand/shield where you get the most bang/buck ilvl. Also premade had the freedom for correct group composition.

    Unless you can point to a group that's done it i57, even premade, with 2 tanks; I think ilvl min needs to be raised.

    ilv57 DF titan hm is kinda low imo.
    Did a DF titan today on drg and got a mnk with DL armor/NQ48-49 waist+accessory+weapon doing 83dps. Which put him at ilv58.

    So your saying they need ot make dungeons so that a group of new players cannot accomplish it?

    You don't need voice chat for vent, if you're dead at i57 it's due to not dodging, not lack of coordination, also that's a min i57 not everyone quing in is going to be i57. Personally I would never duty finder Titan HM anyways, PF it, set your own ilevel limit and if it's a serious clear run, not a training run, enforce competence and replace incompetence. That advice aside it has ben cleared in i57 groups

    For the love of God, don't decrease the difficulty of end-game dungeons. Everything before Titan is ridiculously easy, even without gear and even the new dungeons. You do DR runs and afterwards do WP a few times, get some WP/AK gear while you build up Tomes for DL gear. Can easily get about 500 in around 2 hours. I run into plenty of low level players running these dungeons and when I was a low level these were still easy. The Giant Tomberries in WP are a joke and I wish they'd fix them so we couldn't just run through them with no s**ts given.

    Also, don't increase the difficulty of low level dungeons... they're easy for a reason. Low levels have to be able to do them and they can't make them hard so high-levels can run them. Lowering stat caps means low levels get capped, too, and even with the stat cap they're still really easy.

    As for rewards being calculated by how long a dungeon SHOULD take, that's how they work. They except WP/AK to be done in 20-30 minutes. They expect the new dungeons to take 30-40 minutes (though, some are completing them much faster).

    You also can't leave a DF group and join again for a better geared group. You're locked out for 30 minutes and most slow runs take around 30 minutes, so you'd be wasting your time completely...

    Not to mention Titan HM DF is the place people go to practice Titan HM because they've never done it before. Join a pre-made group. Titan HM is the only time you should be running into anything being too difficult without good gear, and of course it needs good gear considering what you get for beating it.

    There is a difficulty progression and rewards are increasing accordingly.

    Here are the rewards (stolen from ffxivguild.com) :
    Castrum Meridianum : 100P - 0M
    The Praetorium : 100P - 0M
    Amdapor Keep : 100P - 30M
    The Wanders Palace : 100P - 30M
    Copperbell Mines (Hard) : 100P - 50M
    Haukke Manor (Hard) : 100P - 50M
    Pharos Siruis : 100P - 50M
    Crystal Tower : 200P - 50M

    I pretty much agree with it, except maybe for Crystal Tower where the difficulty is not really in game mechanics but rather getting 24 people play together.

    What's wrong right now is that the Duty roulette doesn't scale with content's difficulty (WP gives the same roulette reward as Pharos Siruis), while the same group can fail Pharos @ 90mins and clean WP in less than 30mins.
