After patch 2.1 I've been getting spikes all the time. 2-3 seconds of where nothing is moving then few seconds later everything catches back up to speed.
There is no way you can do any of the dungeons like this where there's always a mechanic of dodging something. It is def not my connection, I run other games and stream videos fine. This def. a issue as the game is unplayable at all for me. please address this issue asap.

Yesterday was terrible for me could not stay online longer than 5 minutes without disconnecting. Today I had no issues, but I didn't play during NA peak hours.
