Because, would 6 jobs using CURE be as interesting? No. A new class that gets a whole new line of heals. Heal over time heals primarily would be Mystics role. Maybe a new type of buff, they could easily get creative with it.

All classes will have two jobs only, as stated by Yoshi pre release.

Edit - Not to mention both Conjuror and Thaumaturge both use two handed staves.

Then what abilities would it have? Like I said be creative. It's hard to see your vision when you just said "mystic"
