Healing not working!

For some reason when i'm targeted on someone i can cure and regen them but when i move to dodge a AOE or something hurled my way my healing always reverts back to me even though my target hasn't been changed. I don't know if this is a glitch but buts making alot of people mad. If SE designed it to make it seem that us whms always take damage then that is crazy. Because yeah if i was stupid and didnt dodge crap this would be usefull but im not. and im happy to hit the F buttons to cure who i need to cure but once again if i target someone and have to move fast i have to retarted and some times mobs love to spam so i have to run try to retarget then run before casting is over then try to retarget. It is just a huge waist of time. Please Fix this SE.

maybe it targets you because your target goes out of range.

I thought I noticed something like this a couple of nights ago when I was doing Ultima's Bane. I could swear I was targetting tanks when I lustrated, but it would hit me. Then again, things were pretty chaotic at the time so I'm not sure if it really was the case or not.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
