Oh but people who want to make extreme primals easier by overgearing don't get this sort of consideration from you? What is and isn't acceptable ways to cheapen fights for you seems to depend entirely on what you personally do.
Not arguing but with 6 dps il 80+, a PLD il 80+ and a good sholar, the solo tank/heal enrage for caduceus just becomes a matter of habits. seriously, just have to be careful with feeding before the split, paralyse both snakes a little longer than they should by triggering the tails, and then popping hallowed ground as soon as it reaches 7 stacks. With 6 heavily geared dps, you pass it without that much difficulties, or so I've been told. My pal still needs some levels befor eI can try that strat though ;D
Have you done this? Its not as easy as people make it out to be. It takes 4xs as long as a normal run, And if a haler screws up or runs out of MP its a wipe.
Besides its a nice way or people who can't communicate to get this turn down.

Why do people actually care?
*My group is 1337. We don't want this because others aren't as 1337*
T2 is easy whichever way you do it. Honestly don't care how people want to do it.
It depends on if I can or not participate, to be honest.
I don't care if people exploit it and I'm not crusading to get it fixed, but I don't agree with it being a legitimate strategy either.
Part of the boss mechanic is the timer. By circumventing the timer you are circumventing the mechanic the way it was intended to be done. It's an exploit plain and simple.
But again, I don't care what people do. I won't judge them for doing it.
Couldn't put it any better. I never really understood these posts. Why do you care how others play lol??
Also, are we to assume that all the people arguing against this strategy never once did something like do a WP speed run ?? I would argue that zoning mobs to an imaginary line that eventually puts up an invisible barrier a few seconds after you pull the boss and magically locking those other mobs out is more against the intended game design then the T2 enrage method.
Nonsense.I don't care if people exploit it and I'm not crusading to get it fixed, but I don't agree with it being a legitimate strategy either.

If there wasn't meant to be an alternate way of doing this fight then when the the timer gets to 0 clicks, it would be an instant wipe. Unless SE decide to put a stop to this method, it is absolutely legitimate.
