I recently had an issue with a player generally harassing people and misusing the kick function while running Titan Extreme multiple times on DF. I'm used to this sort of thing generally going unpunished in most MMO's but I decided to put in a ticket anyway. Lo and behold GM Caedramir responded within just a few hours and looked into it. I'm not sure if anything came of it but just the fact that the ticket was looked into was impressive enough for me.
