    Aesthnetician quest is in limsa upper decks. After you get his stuff back, you can then use the token he gives you by summoning in the inn room to change your appearance.

    the fantasia potion goes way beyond what the aesthetician can do, you can even change your race and gender. the token he gives you just spares you of the 2000 gil fee.
