BRD Soul Voice question

Simple question so ill make it quick, do i need to pop soul voice BEFORE singing a song to get its effect, or can i sing then pop it and still gain the benefits?

Need to use Battle Voice before you use the song in 2.0.

From my experience, Battle Voice does NOT trigger on the next pulse of a song that is already playing, but I haven't explored this in 2.1.

Erm. I have to disagree, in my experience on providing MP using Mage's Ballad w/ Battle Voice, I don't have issue if I used it WHILE playing the song.

I always use it after I start a song and I don't have any problems.

use it after song or you waste 3 sec. of battle voice.

It doubles the potency of any active song for 30 seconds. So use it AFTER you have the song up.
