Simple question for a new Player

It's "scaled" to 30, but a lot of 50s play, and their gear will have an advantage.

Yeah Level 50 players have a slight advaantage when they que for lower level PvP but its only because they have the maximum stat
cap for that level. Moral doesn't take effect until level 50.

I find it fun at all levels so I'd say Ding level 30 and get you a$$ to the den!
