Simple question for a new Player

Good day to all.

This is my first post here, but hopefully not the last

I have been playing this game for a month now but I don’t have that much time to play, which is why I am still a fresh from the oven player (noob). I am about to get to lvl 30 and can’t wait to enter the pvp arena, which is the upmost reason why I decided to play FFXIV in the first place.

So here’s the simple and noob question: Should I join pvp arena as soon as I hit lvl 30 or should I wait to gear up a little with PVE sets?

I'm just wondering if I enter freshly lvl 30 to arena I will always get hardly beaten and if I should hold my will and get in later on to the wolves den.

It's "scaled" to 30, but a lot of 50s play, and their gear will have an advantage. You should go for the experience. Might as well get your feet wet.

Yeah Level 50 players have a slight advaantage when they que for lower level PvP but its only because they have the maximum stat
cap for that level. Moral doesn't take effect until level 50.

I find it fun at all levels so I'd say Ding level 30 and get you a$$ to the den!
