Veteran Rewards? 270 days?

When I visit the mog station the highest tier I can sign up for is 180 days. But it won't let me sign up for 270 days. Also, the rewards for the 180 days have not come. I signed up for it a while ago. Meanwhile, I see others in-game enjoying their rewards.

If you're still in your free period you won't get the veteran rewards until your subscription kicks in.

If you subscribed for one month or three month plan and have since changed to the six month plan, you'll need to wait until your plan cycles.

At present the maximum you can sign up for at one time is 180 days, so the fastest way to get the 270 day reward is pay for 3 months, then 6 months.

Pretty much this; while veteran rewards kick in the moment you've paid for the requisite subscription time, your new subscription period doesn't kick in until the moment your previous time (free or paid for in some manner) would have run out.

Edit: While people are doing their best to get these items asap; in the end it's a reward system for subscribing, not a micro-transaction cash shop.

When you reach 270 days total subscribed, then you will get the rewards. Simple as that. You're going to get it eventually, just relax.

The people who have the 270 day reward subbed for 3 months and then switched to a 6 month sub. The people who did this will have their turn to wait at the 360 day sub. >.>

People who did that will have to wait while people who subbed 180 days from the beginning will get it right away.

So, SE, could you please get to it and update that setting ?

Uh, no? People got the 270 day rewards the day they were released, ie on the release of 2.1 by having a 90 day sub at launch, then switching to 180. That's 270. But guess what? When 360 day rewards come out, THEY have to wait 3 months for their sub to renew before they get them. Those who stuck with 180 will get them much faster. Not everyone will get everything right away, people just need to deal with it.

Amma get time cards but theres no solid confirmation that there will be 360 day rewards in the next patch, and if its in 2.3 then we will be fine as that is when our 180 days finish. Shame timecards are tough to get in the US, super ez in UK.
