I've gotten Cutter, Qarn, Titan once each, and AV twice. Most common for me is Halitali.

I've never once gotten Toto-Rak. I'll even do my own roulette by selecting certain dungeons for low level jobs after I've received the bonus already, just to make sure I don't get stuck with a useless primal. I'll always select Toto-Rak as one of the five: still never comes up.

Curiously, both AV runs were smooth and painless.
