Duty Roulette - low level - same dungeons???

Done it every day for the past week and have only gotten Sastasha. This is bullshit, especially when every other person in the group is relic geared (and I'm a level 34 WHM, 50 Relic Bard or 50 Relic PLD....whichever I feel like playing at the time...)

This is bad. I've completely lost interest in Roulette and stopped using it because of this. I seemed like a good tool, but placing an entirely high level party in a the same low level dungeons kills motivation to use it.
