My experience seems to reflect everyone else with Sastasha being the main roulette selection, followed by Tamtara and copperbell, couple of Ifrits and Halatali. Although it totally threw me a curve ball at the weekend by giving me Garuda! Quite a shock considering I was playing as my level 45 scholar with all my stats in INT hahahahaha (I know it should be mind but low level you can just DPS and the fairy heals ).

From the community reps reply, I read between the lines that the current roulette system is just selecting 'empty' instances as well as instances 'lacking players'. I totally agree with everyone's comments that if there are no low level players waiting in a queue for a specific dungeon then it should give out a dungeon equal to the lowest level player waiting in roulette.
